This policy explains how AvenueX Ads ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit this website, contact us, or become a client.

2. Data we collect

Enquiry data: name, email, phone number, brand website, category, budget range and your message, when you use our contact form.
Technical data: IP address, browser, device, pages visited and referring site, collected through server logs and, with your consent, analytics tools.
Advertising data: with your consent, the Google tag and Meta Pixel record visits and actions on this site so we can measure and advertise our own services.
Client account data: when you hire us, we access your ad, analytics and commerce accounts only to do the work you asked for.

4. Legal basis

We process data on the basis of your consent, to take steps before or under a contract with you, to meet legal duties, or for our legitimate interests in running our business, as applicable law allows. You can withdraw consent at any time.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (for example email, hosting, form and accounting tools), with advertising platforms such as Google and Meta when you consent to their cookies, and with authorities when the law requires it.

6. Client data in ad accounts

When we manage your accounts, we process customer data (such as hashed customer lists or conversion data) on your instructions and for your purposes only. You remain responsible for having a lawful basis and a privacy notice for that data.

7. Retention

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, and client records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Then we delete or anonymise it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or move your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. 9. Security

We use access controls, two-factor authentication on platform accounts, and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so we limit the data we collect.

This website is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
